His name is Stephen, but you can call him Butler. Ask, and he’ll tell you the two most important things in life are personal integrity and attention to detail. The importance of being honest, of doing the right thing, was ingrained in him at a young age by his grandfather—and Stephen was happy to find those same values alive and thriving at excelHR.

As for minding the details of things, Stephen’s powers of observation once prompted dreams of becoming another Hardy Boy, but he since chose to channel his skills into technology. At work he breaks down complex problems into manageable, solvable parts; at home, he enjoys analyzing basketball, chess, cards, and the occasional murder mystery.
