Julie’s amazed how quickly her time at excelHR has gone by. In some ways, it seems like just yesterday she made the move from selling life insurance into the world of staffing services—a move inspired by her attraction to a people-centered industry. Ask her why she’s stayed with the firm for 14 years and she’ll give you a long list of reasons: the exciting pace and constant challenges; the relationships developed with her excelHR colleagues and with her solid base of clients—these are just a few. For Julie, a self-described woman of her word, the greatest thing she can offer her clients is trust. Once she’s made a promise to a client, she always comes through. Julie is a member of our Century Club, keeping over 100 temporary employees on assignment for 19 weeks the last three years running.

An avid traveler and devoted mother of two, Julie graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in marketing, with a minor in international business.
