Jenna-Leigh Driscoll had been entertaining other job offers before she decided to take the position at excelHR. But there was no contest. "From the minute you come through reception, you know this is a different kind of place-and a great company to work for," she says. A significant part of Jenna-Leigh's job is helping clients and candidates use the online tools developed by altisoexcel to simplify and streamline invoicing, timesheet submission and payment. "On the phone, by email, I make sure people's needs are being met, and that they get answers to any payroll or accounting-related questions they have." She says one of her over-arching goals is to make sure clients and candidates never feel like one of many. "We want everyone to feel supported; we want candidates to know that they're part of our team, the excelHR team." Serving the company's offices in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver, Jenna-Leigh's contact with that team reaches right across the country. She herself likes to roam every once in a while-most often to her cottage in eastern Ontario for summertime getaways. Jenna-Leigh holds a degree in Business and Accounting from Lakehead University, and a diploma in Business Administration and Accounting from Algonquin College.
