There’s more to being a CMA than crunching numbers and filling out balance sheets, Cindy will tell you. As Director of Finance and Operations for excelHR, she constantly expands her knowledge of business, the industry and technology—and to ensure that her team members are always learning, too.

Since joining the company, Cindy has managed the development and implementation of a new version of HRConnect (the company’s in-house database), overseen team training, and streamlined the firm’s accounting processes. Ultimately, her role is to help shape the strategic vision that will ensure excelHR’s ongoing ability to find great jobs for great professionals, and great professionals for great employers.
