Through the company’s ISO 9001:2000 quality system, every member of the excelHR team follows the same procedures to achieve the very highest standards of customer care. We seek out and respond to feedback - and we regularly follow up with clients and candidates to measure both parties' satisfaction with every placement.
excelHR maintains its quality system through regular external and internal audits, taking the opportunity to look for improvements in the delivery of its services.
ISO also gives us a mechanism for setting annual quality objectives and measuring the overall success of the placements we make - ensuring that our results continue to remain well above industry averages. For 2003, the excelHR team replaced less than 4.5% of it's administration and less than 2% of professional/IT placements - well below the industry average.
